This private reference site cannot access court systems or answer for a clerk. The routes below identify the Colorado Judicial Branch tools and the Moffat Combined Court office that can handle official state-court requests.

Need an Official Docket or Record?

Send each request to the official source that controls the record or court event:

  • A hearing setting: check the Colorado Judicial Branch Docket Search, then confirm any conflict with the clerk
  • A Register of Action or filed paper: use the Moffat record-request route to the state Record/Document Request Form
  • A certified or exemplified copy: select certification on the official request form and wait for the clerk's fee quote
  • A court date change: contact the court and follow its filing rules; this site cannot continue or reset a setting
  • A Craig or Dinosaur ordinance case: contact the municipal court named on the citation because those files do not belong to the state clerk
